On Nov. 6, the L.A. Daily Journal released an article quoting Frank Angel regarding the Measure R growth control initiative passed by the Malibu voters in the Nov. 4 election. Here is Frank’s letter to the editor amplifying upon (1) the Malibu City Manager’s unconstitutional order to public works crews to seize residents’ pro-Measure R yard signs; and (2) the misconception that Measure R violates the Commerce Clause.
