Angel Law proudly represents the proponents of Measure C (the King Harbor Care Act) as intervenors in the developer’s attack on this popular initiative. After much briefing and two court hearings, we convinced the court that, despite the developer’s claim that it has a vested right to move forward with its plans for the waterfront project, the Coastal Commission has full discretion to reject or modify the project.
