Associate Attorney
Cooper was born and raised in the Los Angeles area and is a double Bruin — graduating magna cum laude from UCLA in 2017 with a B.S. in Biology and in May 2022 from UCLA School of Law with a J.D. and an Environmental Law Specialization.
At UCLA Law, Cooper served as President of the Environmental Law Society, as a Managing Editor on the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy, and as a student advocate in the Frank G. Wells Environmental Law Clinic.
During law school, Cooper interned with Lone Star Legal Aid’s Environmental Justice Team and with the Center for International Environmental Law. In addition, he externed with Los Angeles Waterkeeper.
Ever since deciding to pursue a career in law, Cooper has been steadfast in his commitment to working for a healthy environment, sustainable communities, and respect for all walks and forms of life.
Before law school, Cooper worked at a small immigration law firm, helping people from all over the world obtain specialty work visas.
